Experiencing many injuries due to adrenaline sports earlier in life resulted in my growing passion for healing and the intricate workings of the human body.

Graduating with a Bachelor in Health Science majoring in Neuromuscular treatment in 2016 lead me to exciting opportunities working with The New Zealand Royal Ballet, Wellington Phoenix, Wellington Saints, The Dust Palace acrobats and multiple other AUS/NZ athletes.

Over recent years I have worked within multiple rehabilitation clinics.

Collaborating with diverse practitioners, such as GPs, Physios, Chiropractors, and corrective movement specialists, has significantly enhanced my ability to provide comprehensive and effective care for my patients.

This multidisciplinary approach allows me to leverage a wide range of expertise and perspectives to develop tailored treatment plans and achieve optimal outcomes.

Outside of the industry I enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors with my partner and dog, painting, gaming and testing out the local eateries.
